This was my first visit to Big O Tires and I was very impressed with their service. I dropped off my vehicle to get the oil changed and they called me when it was ready. They did a great job and kept my car clean. When I went to pick it up there was a slight wait time because they were busy, but they apologized for the wait and were very polite. This is honestly the best oil change experience I have had a in a while because no one was being pushy. They did the work I wanted, I paid, and they gave me a detailed receipt.

Experience was very good. Was greeted when I walked through the door. Was taking care of in a timely manner. They didn't waste my time.

I have been to this location several times over the last 8 years or so and have never had one problem.

They where great to deal with. I had a set of aftermarket wheels with tires already mounted and balanced for my ram 1500. A shop I will not name wanted to charge $25 per wheel to remove my stock wheels, put them in the bed for my truck and bolt the aftermarket ones on. Big-O did it for $27 bucks out the door. Other shop was trying to charge me mount and balance rates for tires already mounted and balanced. I will be going back to Big-O for sure.

Everything was perfectly explained to me, they took the time they estimated, Great place and will be back for my next service
