Big O Tires in Bentonville, Arkansas serviced my wife’s Lexus GX on October 14, 2022, with an oil change, tire rotation and coolant flush. My family and I drove to Florida – all good, a week later we were driving back on a Friday evening at 8:00pm and made it to Lake Village, Arkansas, when engine lights came on, the car overheated and spewed coolant everywhere. We were able to get it on the road and back to Bentonville the following day. Toyota called Monday with a $1,985 bill for a new radiator that was cracked, thermostat and coolant flush (the system had gunk all in it). Shane Francisco, Store Manager, had absolutely no hesitation on their end. My wife and I were thinking we’re out 2k and that’s a lovely feeling when you come back from a great vacation – NOPE, Shane and his staff fixed everything at no cost. Toyota had already “special ordered” the Lexus radiator and we were going to be responsible for the part because they claimed they couldn’t return it to Lexus, but Shane took care of it and paid Toyota directly. I was shocked at the service. He stated, “we just try and put ourselves in your shoes,” he (they) did. Great shop - and was very pleased.

This was my first experience with Big O Tires, and I'm a very satisfied customer. I've been using another tire store, starts with an "F", and they were usually good as well, Big O just seemed more organized and less hectic. Also, the prices for the tires I needed were better by comparison, including Sam's Club in that group.

They got me in and out quickly . The customer service was great and the cleanliness of the place was great !

No surprises, clear communication with the service providers and reasonable price. The work was done in a timely fashion and done well with excellent results. The shimmy we had been experiencing above 65mph is gone for a smooth ride.

Bought 4 new Goodyear's, rear shocks, front struts & upper control arms (upper A arms to us old guys). Did a speedy & good job in January. Oil changes of most fluids a month ago, same good service. Went to CA & got a non-repairable flat & was in areas were there were no Big-O. Bought a tire at a Goodyear store, got back to Bentonville Friday & turned in the flat tire to Gary & this morning (Monday) he called to say corporate is sending me a check for the tire. I have always bought the road hazard ins. This one tire cost more than the ins for all 4. I'm a happy camper.

Cameron and his team have always been invaluable to me. Anytime I have a tire issue, they not only save me time, but money to get back on the road. This location of Big O has a lifetime customer!

They made it a quick stop. I didn’t have to make an appointment. They told me what I needed after they checked it out and made sure I was getting the right work done which was an alignment. Very friendly service. Cameron P. and Nancy L. have great people skills. Didn’t feel hassled at all.
