Came in with a screw in my tire, road hazard warranty had it covered and i was able to drop off the car unscheduled. Got a call during the process that the engine air filter needed replaced and called again when the job was complete. Very professional and i was very satisfied.

I came in to get two new tires and wheel mounted; also a front in alignment. They drove me to where I need to go and get my car ready much stamina than they said it would be.

I had a low tire early on way to work. Aired it up and drove to competitor for fix, wouldn't do it, it was 7:05 am. I drove to Big O, asked the gentleman putting out tires for the day what time they opened and explained my predicament. He was so nice as to get me right in before store opened so I could be at work by 8 am. Above and beyond and very much appreciated!!

It was unfortunate when recently buying a new set of tires the balancing was not performed correctly and I had to come back to get it redone taking extra time from my schedule. With labor challenges the way it is mistakes happen more frequent. I have to extend my appreciation for the workers. Every time I’ve visited, the staff is very accommodating and seems to take pride in their work.
