Big O Tires

I was able to walk in and my car went straight to the back. No waiting for a tech to start. May for a great part of the service.

People were friendly. Inspection was complete Price was reasonable.

I spoke with the manager close to closing time on Thursday and decided on a set of tires, thanks to his help. On Friday I arrived at a scheduled time and had new tires on my truck in about an hour and a half. (They were under staffed due to a couple guys being sick)

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. While waiting I enjoyed the waiting area and setup. The atmosphere was pleasant and the restroom was tidy. During checkout the office manager was friendly and informative about an issues that was found during the inspection and even suggested the most cost effective way to go about making repairs on a given time line. I was referred by a friend for brake inspection to Big O Tires and was not disappointed! Justin visually checked all my brakes and recommended the front brakes to be replaced and to wait on the rear brakes. He also inquired about my routine fluid changes suggested by the manufacturer of which I had not thought about and certainly had not completed. I scheduled the brake and fluid change services for the next day and my car was promptly serviced upon my arrival at that time. I believe Justin provided me with the information I needed to make an informed decision to have my vehicle properly serviced at a fair and reasonable price. I do not believe at any time, that he was trying to sell me or schedule me for items my vehicle did not need. This is a welcomed feeling when an opportunist might otherwise take advantage of someone that was not fully aware of vehicle maintenance requirements. Big O Tires will be my "one stop shop" for most all my vehicle needs in the future. I highly recommend this business to anyone who requires vehicle service or repair.

I had a warning light on, and could not visibly see a flat tire, so I came in to have it checked out. I had no appointment, and was still taken care of in a timely fashion. They assessed the problem, fixed it and I was on my way. I was very grateful to have it taken care of so fast, and not turn into a money fiasco. Good experience.

They took good care of me. Josh Newman was amazing this morning, he let me know about the fact that my tire was still under warranty, and took care of me. Tabitha Martinez was awesome while ringing me up and the end of the whole thing.

That was my first time ever buying tires for my car and you guys made the experience easy! The guy helped guide me in picking good tires that weren't outrageously prices. I also really appreciate the lift to go get my moms truck so that I didn't have to sit around waiting for a couple hours! Thank you!! I will definitely recommend you guys!
