I was able to walk in and my car went straight to the back. No waiting for a tech to start. May for a great part of the service.

Friendly staff. Able to get my vehicle taken care of before closing despite being very busy.

I spoke with the manager close to closing time on Thursday and decided on a set of tires, thanks to his help. On Friday I arrived at a scheduled time and had new tires on my truck in about an hour and a half. (They were under staffed due to a couple guys being sick)

It is obvious Big O Tire is about customer service. They do a great job communicating serving people. They will continue to have my business.

Justin and Tabatha are the best ever. They great everyone with a smile and always are willing to take the time and intently listen to my concerns. These 2 are an asset to this company. Make sure the big boys at the main office know how valuable these 2 are. They deserve more than what is being paid since they have been inherent in this stores profit growing.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. While waiting I enjoyed the waiting area and setup. The atmosphere was pleasant and the restroom was tidy. During checkout the office manager was friendly and informative about an issues that was found during the inspection and even suggested the most cost effective way to go about making repairs on a given time line. I had a warning light on, and could not visibly see a flat tire, so I came in to have it checked out. I had no appointment, and was still taken care of in a timely fashion. They assessed the problem, fixed it and I was on my way. I was very grateful to have it taken care of so fast, and not turn into a money fiasco. Good experience.
