Tire Kingdom

I went to Tire Kingdom because I thought I needed a new battery. They checked the old battery right away to make sure, and I did indeed need a new battery. They had the battery I needed in stock and the work was done within 15 minutes. From arriving to leaving was under 30 minutes total. The crew was polite and helpful.

This location did not take web schedules, but still accommodated me. You need to change the online appointment application as not all locations are able to handle them. (In this case it was a shortage of employees, not the store fault. The waiting room was messy because obviously there was no one to clean it.

Fast service, thorough analysis of what needed to be done to.the vehicle. Friendly employee
