My oil change was scheduled out for 1 hour. My vehicle was in the shop for almost 3 hours. The technician said my car was in pristine condition for it being a 2008. My car is now broken down.

still not sure if they turned on oil change notification, or checked fluids tech was moving in slow motion told me I needed brakes - they were done three months ago

Actually inspect the work that was claimed to have been done. Don't lie to customers when they ask if you've completed something and you haven't

I have new car (2021) and I just performed my first oil change with your location. Now my car makes a rattling noise at idle. It didn’t make any noise before taking my car in. My guess is your location either used the wrong oil, wrong oil filter or both. Now I will have to repay to get my oil changed elsewhere from someone else who knows what they are doing. I will make sure to never recommend your location to anyone. Total incompetence on your part.

David Bamby was an incompetent, rude employee who failed to communicate, dod not do requested repairs, blamed other employees and customers for his failures, and after spending over $1200 he failed to properly align my new tires. I eoul go back for a third attempt at a correct alignment but I feel uneasy about the lack of conern about my concerns.

None of the staff wore face masks or coverings. The people in the waiting area were not wearing face coverings and were not asked by any associates to to do. I felt my personal health was compromised at your facility. I hope I do not get covid 19 from your store. If I did not absolutely require a battery for my car I would not have been there. It is an unsafe business during these times. NO attempt to provide sanitizer or wipes. Nothing.
