I would have liked to of had all the paperwork explained to me when I picked up vehicle. One page said declined at top. Pricing for two air filters. I was never talked to about this.

I don't know the name of your employee. Though he was nice,and this location is just opening up, his name isn't on the estimate from, otherwise I'm highly satisfied.

I know it's not Tire Kingdom's fault, but coming in on Monday with a screw in my tire and being told I could not have an appointment until Thursday at 3:30 is somewhat rediculous. I think this location has a major staffing issue.

Not make a customer wait 5 hours for a scheduled appointment.

Do not advertise tire rotation in an oil change appointment and not provide this service. Also, appointment time said an hour, but the process took almost 2 and half hours. Lastly, communication from an associate saying appointment will be a long time would be nice

I had gotten 4 new tires paid for balancing and rotation and road hazard. This occurred within the last 2 months. I got a nail in my back passenger tire. I drove home a few miles. Took the car into your store on Beneva Road. My husband put air in the tire. I was told that the tire had rubber detach. Never was told air MUST be put into the tire before going home. As a result I paid about 60.00 which I think is a lot after just buying new tires and paying for road hazzard

I came to new location after receiving a mailing. I normally go to another company. They are friendly, efficient and I never wait an hour in the waiting room.

The mechanic tore my glove compartment and trunk apart looking for tire lock. I was in waiting room and they should have asked.

I had a tire rotation and I can’t go over 50 now.

I went into store, and they told me they couldn't help, and I needed to schedule an appointment. I went home and pulled up website to schedule appointment, and had an appt at the same location within the hour.
