Everything was great until I got in my car and the driver side carpet mat was pretty dirty from shoes. I saw the tech put carpet protectors down so I am not sure what happened.

On-line cost did not match final bill. Counter person not able to comprehensively explain why. I could have paid on line at time of booking but chose not to and in not doing so, paid more than quoted. Also, service personnel almost forgot to put my spare tire back in my vehicle.

We had a problem with finding my wife and my self in your system. I was told that there were no phone numbers on file. That impossible because I have been a customer for years. I was there for almost two hours for a tire rotation and oil change.

I always go to tire kingdom for my oil change. The staff (especially the manager) are always very nice. My only thing I didn’t like was they didn’t update the sticker on my car that shows when I got my oil change and when I may need it again. Even though I have the paper it’s always nice to have that little reminder in the corner of the car windshield. Other than that my service was great!

Just verbalized the tire price per tire which I thought was a great price. Then the verbal total. When checking out noticed it was 59.00 to mount and balance a tire. If I had known that I might have haggled on the total charge. They were great at finding the problem with my front end, replaced the tie rod end and with allignment it is good. Ron helped me get financing . He promised a 20.00 discount off the bill just for filling out the form if I qualified or not. This was overlooked when I checked out. I do appreciate the mail in rebate form he gave me to send off.

Ran into an unexpected snag and they had to order out for a wheel lug. The work took longer than I had hoped but the problem was solved satisfactorily.

The price of replacing my alternator was at the high end. Since we have been customers of tire kingdom for several of my repairs and tires, my husband thought we should get a better deal. This survey was done by jims wife, me, EL Quintrell-Barlow.
