Tire Kingdom

At first I was told I wouldn't be able to have my tire replaced because they were closing soon (40 mins) and they had 2 cars they were trying to finish. But after not be able to work on the one and they finished the other one. Ricky told the desk that he could do it because they had the tire I needed to replace in stock. He replaced it and put it on.

Definitely understaffed for the amount of business that was coming in the door. Manager was extremely helpful and did his best to help everyone that walked in the door in a timely fashion. Everyone seemed happy with their interactions while I was there.

When I purchased tires back in April the road hazard option was not explained to me. I had to purchase 2 new tires today because of nails and had I known about the tire hazard option, I wouldn’t have had to pay as much today. On the other hand, the lady that assisted me today, was wonderful and very helpful!

your online scheduling system is broken. it allows you to pick between "wait or drop off". but does not account for jobs in que at the location. luckily the representative at this location called me the morning of the service to inform me that the service would take 4 hours due to a personnel shortage. So he recommended a "drop off" instead of a "wait for vehicle". It would have been much better to have that information when booking online so i could have planned accordingly. This complaint has nothing to do with the store in question, which is a 5 Star operation!!!.....i recommend this location to friends and family and i've always been treated well there.

The convenience was great but the cost was a bit higher than I anticipated. It would have felt better if the pricing was a bit lower.

I was highly satisfied with my experience.

I never visited the store. I made the transaction over the phone. My girlfriend dropped the car off and picked it up. So the score I'm giving reflects that.

There weren’t many options available online though I was appreciative of the Memorial Day sale and the extras that accompany it. It seemed as though my car was on th lift for quite some time without movement to it and it took 2.5 hrs for the tires to be replaced which seemed quite long. Plus I had to bring the car back to have the passive tpms reset.
