Excellent service for a reasonable price and excellent customer service.

Both Ron and Tony were very professional and courteous. And all the mechanics I spoke with as well. I'm not 100% certain the problem with my car was the correct one they diagnosed (Bad timing chain) because the red check battery light still came on and I don't think a bad timing chain would cause that but maybe it would. I am not a mechanic but I do know even the best mechanics sometimes get it wrong. But overall I was very pleased with the service.

I dealt with Ron Henderson, he was very customer service oriented and explained everything in detail so I had no trouble understanding. He is not only a credit to himself but to the Tire Kingdom Corp.

Ron the manager was extremely courteous and knowledgeable, there was no sales pressure, i had full confidence there would be no 'mansplaining', the store & bathroom were clean and bright, all associates were friendly

I spoke to Tony the day before, he arranged for me to come in at a time that was convenient for me as I had to work. I came in the next day was greeted immediately and my car assessed quickly. I was informed of the repairs needed and shown why. Ron was there and he explained in detail the expectations of the services provided and the procedures taken to ensure the customer is satisfied. The service I received that day was beyond what I have received at the facility I was taking my car to for 6 years. I thank you guys, mechanic was A1, the service was A1. I didn't get the mechanics name but his work spoke for itself. Thank you. Definitely will see me again.
