The employee's and manager were kind and courtesy. Paul the manager was knowledgeable and helpful.

It was easy to make the appointment by phone, and although it was busy (Labor Day), I could tell the associate was looking for a place to work me in, after hearing my concern. I was updated on when my car might be seen, and told the measures used to determine what my tire problem was. As it stands, no problem was found. I appreciate the time put into looking for any issues on my tires.

I previously went to different mechanic and got a quote for rear brake pads so I wanted to get second opinion. Well thank god I did because your new sarasota location took Awsome care of me and saved me $300 dollars. I will be a loyal customer for you guys forever! All of your staff was very professional and helpful as I am a single older female. Thanks Tire Kingdom!! Jeraime was my great mechanic!
