Tire Kingdom

Right on time to take my car into the garage to change my 4 tires and balanced within a short period of time.

They were so honest!

I made an appointment at a different tire kingdom who called me an hour before my time at 4pm to say they could not take care of my car today and honor my appointment. They gave me no options and was extremely unprofessional. I then called a Tuffys auto service who unfortunately did not have my tire but suggested I call this tire kingdom location on Veneva Rd and that it is run by some good dudes and that they would take care of me. It is now 4:30 that I call the Beneva location who was extremely accommodating. They got me in immediately even though they close at 6. This was a quick and easy experience that I had following a terrible one earlier in the day. I appreciate the employees at the Beneva location who saved me a lot of stress and a headache. Thank you.

Manager was friendly, professional & went to great lengths to be sure I understood the specifics of the necessary repairs & replacent parts.

I was immediately serviced and they conned me into a purchase just like all auto sales clerks. So he did as expected. When I attempt to pay for anything involving an automobile, I expect to get shafted. Especially when it involves suspension cause they use lube where as anything else you're lucky if he spits on it....... Good Service though honestly.

Mr. Rice greeted me as I entered the center. He was able to offer multiple deals and helped me select the best tire for my needs. He was through an super nice.

My brake line was ruptured and being it happened during the holidays, they were able to get it done quicker than I expected and I was very thankful!
