I have used Tire Kingdom for many years. I am extremely satisfied with all the services I have received through the years. Even though I have coverage with the dealership I will ONLY use Tire Kingdom. Jimmy Chance was always my sales personnel at the East Sarasota shop but with the new one at N. Beneva I changed to that complex due to the closeness to my home. I appreciate their professionalism and the kindness, always helpful with needed information. THANK YOU FOR THIS LOCATION. Paul understood the need for a speedy visit as I use my vehicle for work, he scheduled a convenient time so I could be in and out quickly. The guys were very thorough in inspecting my vehicle, pointing out that a timing cover seal will need attention in the future. Also the restroom was very clean and accommodating. Overall it was a great experience.

After I do business with a company I always assess if I'd return. One of the most important elements to me is customer service. Without hesitation I would return and a major part of my reason is how I was treated by "CJ" one of your representatives. He was knowledgeable, respectful, sincere in wanting to assist, and I believe went beyond what an employer would hope for. I hope you show him appreciation as he is a huge asset to your company.
