The car was ready before promised. The work was done as promised.

The manager Paul is outstanding along with is technicians, specifically CJ. Their overall knowledge level, courtesy, respect, patience all led to from my experience a highly efficient run place of business.

I ordered tire ahead of time and they installed in about an hour.

Paul the store manager was very friendly, and the staff did an excellent job.

When I called, I spoke with someone named Paul. He was helpful, polite, and not hurried. I appreciated his excellent customer service. Then when I had the tires put on, the counter person Charles Hoffman(?) was knowledgable, polite, and professional. The service was kept to the schedule, which surprised me since my appointment was in the afternoon. Great experience...my first visit to this TK location. It will not be my last!

The Mgr and the other guy who work there were SO ACCOMODATING.... this is the second thime I was in this center. I will continue to use this as my tire place!!!!
