Polite and easy to get service done

Purchased new tires about a year ago and was extremely pleased with the service, professionalism and time I was given. I hit a curb and my front tire was unable to be repaired. Steven helped me and sold me a new tire at a great price. I have an appointment next week for an oil change, tire rotation and a tire balance. I showed Steven the paper work I was given last year and he said he was the one that serviced my car. Nice to see he has been promoted and works up front with customers. He is very, very nice and I trust him.

They took me in right away, even though they initially said they didn't have enough technicians to take care of the issue right away. They took care of the issue anyway! Great job by the 2 guys working this location! I was embarrassed I didn't have enough cash to tip them.

No problems easy to schedule

I called ahead to see if they could repair my tire with a nail in it and they said to bring it in and leave it if I could and they would get to it even though they were short handed , I brought the car in and left it with the associate at 8:15am and by 1pm they called and said my car was ready , I am Very Pleased …

Paul Rice was so wonderfully kind, considerate and professional that it made my experience at this location of Tire Kingdom smooth as silk. The entire staff, mechanics, just everyone were so pleasant to be around. I have already referred many of my neighbors and friends to this Tire Kingdom. Thank goodness the nail in my tire could be removed and the tire repaired. I feel confident, relieved and happy I can drive safely, now. This is excellent customer consideration!
