Tire Kingdom

I have purchased tires at various Tire Kingdom locations for many years, at least 15. I have always been satisfied and treated well. Naturally, each manager interacts with the public in his own way, and depending on how busy he is, tries his best. But years ago, one of your managers, Gerald Norton, made such an impression on me, that I always patronized his store, no matter what location he may have been asked to manage. After he left Tire Kingdom a few years ago, I still visited various of your locations for my tire and various automotive, but didn't have the personal connection that I had been fortunate to have with Mr. Norton. However, this visit to Tire Kingdom for four new tires was preceded by a call to store 6935, managed by Paul Rice. As with Norton he did an exceptional job of counseling me and I bought four new Michelins . He is excellent with his customers.
