The store manager was extremely helpful. He maintains a pleasant waiting space. I asked to adjust the temperature and he quickly accommodated me. Bravo.,

The price was very competitive with other auto centers. Much shorter appointment scheduling time than the dealer. We had experienced prior services and were very pleased with the service provided. Paul was GREAT.

The manager Paul was great, he communicated with me very well and took his time to explain the steps the team took to identify the problem. I appreciate his persistence and awareness and problem solving. This store has done a few simple things for me and my partner recently and the service has been nothing but exceptional each time. Great management great location.

The price was reasonable for the oil change, but the biggest factor was Tire Kingdom was able to do my oil change in a few days whereas the dealer said they couldn't do it for 18 days.
