I felt very welcomed from the time I came in. I felt very stressed out due to home life, family health issues, and this was exactly what I needed. My therapist was super intentional! Focused on my needs and I walked out feeling rejuvenated!

My therapist was knowledgeable, used an appropriate amount of pressure, when she found a spot that needed additional work she asked if she should spend more time there or continue on, which I appreciate it greatly. I felt comfortable and relaxed and felt the full amount of time was used.

Tried a new Massage Therapist and was very happy with the technique used. He was attentive to my concerns if the pressure was too little or too much. He was friendly and put me at ease, as I've never had a male therapist before. He also told me it was not an issue if I decided to try another therapist and it was encouraged as to find the right one for me. No hard feelings. I have already booked a 2nd appointment with him and then will likely try someone else to see how each person's technique is to find my right fit.
