We had so much fun but we would have liked earlier times for the glow part options.

I had to track down a staff member multiple times for assistance. Our guests had to wait a long tome to check in and were only checked in when I grabbed them. The environment did not feel safe and a child (not in our party) broke their arm as we were leaving.

$250 for a party of 6 is quite expensive. We only had the room for 40 minutes yet when we arrived in the room the drinks, cups, plates, etc were not there. After 10 minutes I went to find skeins. Prior to the party it was discussed we would need plates, knife, napkins, cups (we purchased drinks and brought a cake). I had to ask for everything. With the delay we felt rushed to leave the room. Also, I selected the ahirt and pass option for every guest. The passes were left out and again I had to ask for those. Drinks were left empty for longer than expected and was on my way out to the snack bar to refill when the host came. The kids had a good time but as the parent host it was more stressful than anticipated. I still left a tip for the hosts as I was a a party host in high school and college.

I booked the ultimate birthday party package with an extra pizza. The food court ran out of pizza so dominoes had to deliver 4 pizzas, then I had to wait for the 5th pizza. The birthday boy did not receive his shirts or sky socks, I had to return the next day to pick them up. The boys were able to get extra time in the park during the wait time so they enjoyed the time.
