Friendly staff, helpful and ordering was quick and easy (handy when you’ve got a bored toddler!)

We were helped by Tara who couldn’t be more helpful, she gave excellent advise ,helped us to make sure we were making the right choice for us. Tara was very friendly and knowledgeable and dealt quickly and efficiently with our order as well as offering us a drink and the use of hand sanitiser. I would definitely recommend the store based on the help we got from Tara.

We needed a new 4ft double mattress for our autistic sons bed as quickly as possible. Because of his sensory needs we had to make sure that he was comfortable to choose and test mattresses and getting him out was hard enough. He was totally at ease in the store with Tara, and was happy to test a single version of the mattress. Tara had presented a takeaway option first, and as our son really liked the mattress he didn’t need to try any of the others. I’m confident though he would have tried any she suggested until the right option was found, and with the delivery times Tara quoted, his needs would still have been met.
