The staff were very helpful and friendly. More variety of stock held in store for customers to take away the same day would help the staff even more on sales .

Visited a lot of other stores and all very pushy sales people, but the lady we spoke to called Claire at the Rotherham parkgate store was very helpful and friendly. She wasn't pushing any products on us and it was a quick and easy process from walking in the store to ordering and leaving. Very happy with our product and can't wait for it to arrive. Please pass on our thanks to Claire she was amazing!

Was finding it a little stressful ,who would have know looking for a mattress would be such hard work but the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable on products that best suited how needs

i was really apprehensive about starting the process of looking for a mattress but i needn't have. Claire was lovely and helpful and i felt like i was able to be honest about how i felt about the products i was trying rather than being pushed into a purchase. I came away with a fab deal with speedy delivery and i couldn't be happier
