Dreams

We had been into dreams (Rotherham Parkgate) around October time to look at getting a new bed then but at the time we decided against the purchase due to finances. The colleague that serviced us back then was amazing, knowledgable and really kind and patience with us while we made a choice about what we would like. Nothing was too much for him. Due to this experience we decided to head back to dreams (The following January) was we had our finances in order to go through with the purchase. We were met by a different colleague, Harrison, again at the Rotherham Parkgate store, and again we had the same experience! He was polite, knowledgable and kind. This made our decision even easier and happily purchased our bed. Would definitely recommend dreams and Harrison to friends and family!

The staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much of a problem for them. We were super satisfied with the sleep match test that we did for our mattress and the manager gave us the right amount of personal space and information on everything.

The member of staff that dealt with us ( Claire at Parkgate Rotherham store was an exemplary member of staff. Not pushy . Listened to our needs and didn't try to sell something we didn't want but tried to match the products to our needs which she did successfully and without pressure.

The lady who served us was extremely friendly and helpful without being pushy. She asked questions to understand our needs and gave us advice about the products.
