Kyle the sales assistant was extremely helpful and friendly, he took into consideration all our specific needs and gave us extremely good advice on what he would recommend for us. The store was very clean and well set out. Without the help and advice from Kyle we honestly wouldn't have been able to select the correct product for our needs.

I visited the shop 3 times trying to find a mattress I could actually feel comfortable on. I met two different staff members ( Kyle and Richard) and both were very helpful , knowledgeable and patient , allowing me time to try the mattresses without hassling me to buy.

Robert was really knowledgeable and gave us lots of information to help us chose the best mattress. He was really friendly and super helpful and we didn't feel pressured or like he was using any hard sales techniques to get us to purchase. He really listened to what we were saying and was really patient with us when we struggled to decide.

Anytime I need something bedroom related (e.g frame, mattress, bedside table etc) I always come to Dreams. I have been to a few stores across the UK and your customer service is fantastic in every store. In particular, the Carlisle store (Kyle) I went into the store 3 times in the space of a month, any the sales assistants remembered me, and my needs. As I have spent a lot of money in the store, I took quite a bit of time picking the right items. Kyle had a lot of patience with me, and always tried to help by giving me the best deals.

Kyle was a great help, spent time understanding my needs then talked me through the options within my budget. Would recommend Dreams and Kyle’s help to family and friends.

Kyle was very helpful and gave us the time to shop around and make our own choice, but was verily knowledgeable when we needed to ask question, the staff were also great with our children, who of course get bored when bed shopping.

The analyser was good, the selection of products was good yet not too many. The product is available for quick delivery. The sale offer made the difference between the item I wanted being affordable or not. The sales assistant was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
