Kyle (the guy who served us) was brilliant he was not in the least pushy, but was very helpful when we asked him questions.

I found the advisor Robert very helpful without being pushy , he gave us the opportunity to use the sleep scanner and walked us through which mattresses it suggested , but also listened when these were not meeting our requirements. As a Aftercare Manager myself i know the importance of communication and everything from the moment of walking into the store has been clear and concise

Kyle was very helpful, he assisted us as soon as we entered the store, listened to what we were looking for and took into consideration our price range. He had lots of knowledge about the items we were looking at which made our experience quick and easy

Nice, friendly atmosphere. Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Our short visit 'just to have a look at mattress prices' ended with purchasing matress and bed which we didn't planned but are exciting about. We were served by Deirdre (hope we spelled the name correctly).

Robert was very friendly, not at all pushy, took time to make sure we got the correct package we wanted and had excellent product knowledge and gave good advice. Also gave us a good deal on an ex-display divan base as we couldn't get a new one as quick as we needed. Great coffee as well!!

The lady dealing with me (her name was Lauren) was extremely polite and friendly, made me feel really relaxed and comfortable, didn't pounce on me which is great, but was still there to help me with queries. She was very knowledgable about the products which made the decision process easier. Overall my visit was faultless.
