A lovely girl called Lauren looked after me while in store, she put me on the equipment to check for type of bed, offered hot or cold drinks to myself and husband. Lauren was very knowledgeable about all the mattresses I tried and understood my needs very well. She deserves a round of applause, fantastic service.

All staff members (including Kyle & Lauren) very friendly, extremely helpful & professional! 10/10. Will be back to the store soon for the other bed and mattress I need due to this reason.

Loved the way Lauren was there to assist us in which ever way she could. Her knowledge was great and helpful. Then she let us decide without pressure… that was really good.. as I find I make bad choices when hurried. I find shopping overwhelming at times…so I was pleasantly surprised and pleased we were able to find a bed that suited our needs and my husbands budget. THANKYOU Lauren…and all the staff …very friendly and helpful… coffee was a good call too.

The customer care given by Deidre in your Carlisle branch was second to none. She was knowledgeable and professional…she was also incredibly patient with my partner and I as we were pretty worn out (and slightly tetchy with each other) after a day moving house, which Deidre truly took in her stride. The best products and prices were found for us. Thank you!!

The item I wanted to view was pointed out quickly by a member of staff, she was friendly and efficient and it was quick to place the order. Also, the item could be delivered quickly.

The store assistant Kyle was extremely helpful while I place the order of my items. He ensured I had the correct items, allowed me to feel the mattress I was ordering and talked through my payment options throughly. At the end of my experience he included a free product worth £45 as well as an 8 year warranty for free. I couldn’t have been happier with my experience. The only issue I have had is that I’ve been waiting almost 2 months for the maisy bed frame to come back into stock in a size double.

The customer service was excellent and learnt a lot about all the different options available and was well informed.

Melissa and Deidre at the Carlisle store were extremely helpful, we were buying a tv bed which we had seen online and wanted to view in person, they gave us demonstrations, tested us for mattresses, went through finance/insurance options. Even offered us drinks. We felt at ease with them both they were really friendly and helpful
