We only went for a look to get ideas of cost etc but ending up putting a deposit down and placing a order. This was due to the helpfulness of the lady who gave us advice from start to finish she was brilliant helpful and very friendly (deidre)

I visited with my wife and sister as we were all looking for new beds. Each of us was treated individually and supported by knowledgeable, interested assistants. We had a very enlightening sleep test which helped inform our decisions and were able to test a variety of beds and mattresses to ensure we found the right ones. Although Dreams is a little expensive, I think it is worth paying a little more for the quality we saw and we look forward to sleeping better - which of course is priceless.

The assistant, Kyle, could not have been more helpful. He took time to understand our needs and recommend suitable products that we then went on to buy. He did not try to push us into spending more than we intended, indeed he made sure that what we did buy was the best option available within our budget.

The staff member, Lauren, welcomed me to the store and offered refreshments which I declined. I was quite explicit about what I was after and she took me to the area where I I was best placed to look. She displayed a good knowledge of what was available, answered my immediate questions and made herself available for further queries without being pushy. I felt that I could have walked out the store and got the same cheery smile I got when I arrived. As it happens her informed skill set saw me leave with exactly what I had in mind. A refreshing experience all round.

It was clear the staff had been there a long time with the company and clearly experienced. My mother suffers from medical conditions and the staff were very accomadating to this. They allowed me to test the best best suited to me and allowed me to cater my delivery around my work schedule. They never tried to force anything on me they allowed me to try and make my own choices in deciding my bed and mattress which is how it should feel when attending stores.
