Sales person was very helpful but I was not convinced by the electronic bed making the decision of the type of mattress required

The staff were fantastic but the products are really expensive

I rarely give maximum marks for anything. Staff were very helpful and patient, informative but not over pushy. Store was clean and well spaced out. I will not know how satisfied i am until my mattress is delivered, tried and tested. it was very expensive so i hope it will be worth it.

There were IT issues which made trying to order difficult and we could not complete the finance request. We will have to return to the store again to complete this which means another 2hr round trip from Workington. The staff were fantastic and we are really happy with what we have ordered, but the IT issues lasting as long as they have are disgraceful.

My visit was to your Carlisle Branch with Covid restrictions lifting I felt it necessary to visit the store and be able to physically trial the mattresses. I would never have bought one online without seeing the physical thing. I am a grumpy shopper at the best of times - add hand gel and masks I was not in the mood to be fawned over by oversolicitudious shopping assistants, told you I was grumpy! Lauren and Kyle were so very patient and kind and brought just the right amount of levity to the occasion to deal with difficult customer. I bought a mattress and was pleasantly surprised at the realisation that when you employ the right people then customer satisfaction is much easier to achieve. Please let them know they are good at their jobs and acknowledge them.
