The sales assistant was very knowledgable and professional. She made us feel welcome and answered all questions. We were offered complimentary tea and coffee, which was very nice and made us feel special. The sales assistant did not feel pushy or trying to hard sell, she understood my needs and explained that if I am not happy with my purchase then I have the 30 days trial period.

The sales assistant (Victoria) was very helpful without being pushy. We used the test bed and shown the mattresses suitable for ourselves which saved a lot of time.

I think to be highly satisfied, i would like to have the delivery date a bit sooner. I was more than satisfied with Kyle and Gill, who served me instore. Gill was being trained up by Kyle, so this is why processing my order took slightly longer....totally understandable, and i had no problem with that. We all need some training, and we are all constantly learning. This is why i didn't give a 'highly satisfied' in this instance. Overall the layout of the shop, the ease of finding what i was looking for, and the customer service by both Gill and Kyle was more than satisfying.

The only thing I was dissatisfied with was the price of the mattress I bought, but that was maybe my naivety of how much things cost and I didn't look anywhere else. Other than that I was very please with everything else. Kyle the shop assistant was very good and friendly.

Service was great, delivery time is abit long but we are happy to wait. Did think the price was abit high
