From the moment we walked in through the door, we were greeted in a very friendly manor, the Health & Safety precautions & procedures were spot on. We were encouraged to look around at ease and the staff were very helpful once we had chosen what were looking for. At no time did we feel at risk or pressured in any way. The staff at Carlisle are a credit to the company. Thank you very much to them all.

Straight into the store we were met by an advisor who explained the social distancing procedures in store and proceeded to help us find the bed we were looking for
