The excellent knowledge and professionalism of both staff members explaining everything in great detail and making us coffee whilst processing order and informing us of discounted offers on guarantee and recommending the correct pillows to purchase to make our new sleeping experience exceptional

Young lad was very helpful, not pushy and full of knowledge. Didn’t feel pressured

Staff member was very helpful and took time to talk through products and listened to what we required. Wasn’t persistent and gave us our own time to discuss and browse

Staff where very good meeting us has we entered the store I m wheelchair dependent so need more room for my chair and staff assisted my husband
