We made 2 visits to the store and on both occasions were treated with respect and professionalism by the sales team. On the first visit we were put onto your test bed to find what mattress would be best for us, then we were shown the one's suitable for us.

My husband and me went together to chose a bed and found the Covid sanitising available excellent, with masks and gloves and sanitiser available. The assistant was amazing! So attentive, patient, knowledgeable, and very thoughtful. The service we received would definitely make us want to go back.

We rang prior to collection to see if you had a mattress in stick to take away. We spoke victoria in the carlisle store and she was fantastic. Product knowledge, helpfulness and really pleasant. On arrival at the store she guided us to the mattress we were interested in, explained everything gave us water and was really a pleasure to do business with.

During our visit to dreams we where just looking in to buying a mattress and left a happy couple. Highly satisfied with the mattress we had chosen between us , We couldn’t be more happy with the service we received, we spoke to Victoria in store and she couldn’t have been more helpful she ran us through all the mattress’ suited to our sleeping patterns and as a young couple buying our fist mattress she was very understanding and helped us out, couldn’t have asked for better customer service in all honesty.
