Lauren was very helpful, knowledgeable and attentive she is a credit to the company.

We were served by a lovely member of the team at the Carlisle store, Deanne, she was very friendly and helpful. She had a mask and gloves on, the store was lovely and clean and social distancing was adhered to at all times while still making us feel very comfortable and welcome. We used the sleep match machine to determine which mattress would best suit and Deanne then showed us around the store to the mattresses that had been recommended. She was very informative, able to answer all our questions and she wasn’t at all pushy, which allowed us to take more time to walk around and make our decision.

We then tried 4 different mattresses until we made a decision on the best one, we went home to decide that that was the one for us and went back to store today to double check and to make a purchase. The assistant today was every bit as well trained as the first assistant she let us try the mattress again to make sure then ran through all the options available to us and other products available, so we made our decision and purchased the mattress plus plan and protector.
