Lovely store, very clean and a huge range of products. Lauren was helpful and attentive whilst giving space to browse. She was knowledgable and friendly. Delivery time was quicker than expected and I felt my custom was valued. Thank you Lauren

We were served by a lovely member of the team at the Carlisle store, Deanne, she was very friendly and helpful. She had a mask and gloves on, the store was lovely and clean and social distancing was adhered to at all times while still making us feel very comfortable and welcome. We used the sleep match machine to determine which mattress would best suit and Deanne then showed us around the store to the mattresses that had been recommended. She was very informative, able to answer all our questions and she wasn’t at all pushy, which allowed us to take more time to walk around and make our decision.
