From the moment we stepped into the shop we were told we would be dealt with shortly as it was a tad busy. We were offered water whilst we browsed. We were looked after very well from finding out what firmness of mattress we needed by the fancy 3D bed thingy to the actual payment of the product. The assistant was very knowledgeable and polite.

Due to me relocating to a new city, I was in Carlisle only for the day while I picked up my keys for my new place and needed a mattress ASAP. After try many other stores, dreams was the only store that had a mattress I could take away on the day. The girl who served me was lovely and helpful. I actually spoke to her on the phone before going to the store too to check dreams had mattresses in stock and she couldn’t of been more helpful. Sorry I don’t remember her name. I was also impressed that the mattresses were pre rolled as this makes it so much easier to transport!
