We are moving house and wanted new beds and mattresses. We’d already been and had a look around and got an estimate of Lauren. We went back to the Carlisle shop after getting the measurements of the bedrooms. One of the rooms was smaller than we thought, so Lauren took us around the showroom again and went through the different beds. Very impressed with her knowledge, her time, understanding of what we were looking for…. We couldn’t recommend her highly enough. She gave us the delivery date we wanted. (As moving time not set yet) We’ll definitely be back (as long as Lauren is still there) Keep up the good work. 😁😁

Kyle at your Carlisle store was friendly but not pushy. His knowledge was excellent and made choosing a mattress at the right price for us easy and hassle free. We had intended to look around other stores but didn’t feel the need to once we had spoken to Kyle. Excellent service and worked out a good deal for us.
