Carlisle store was well laid out and offered a wide selection of mattresses, the staff instore where very friendly and knowledgeable about the mattresses on offer, at no time did we feel any pressure to buy and members of staff gave us time to think about what mattress we wanted to purchase, it was a real relaxed environment and pleasure to make a purchase from a great store in Carlisle
