Very friendly and helpful staff

This was our first time dealing with Dreams and we found it a very pleasant trip. Good shop layout, nice staff, good safety measures and we used the electronic bed machine. We will use dreams again and will recommend to others.

The store assistant was excellent

An excellent greeting by Kyle who was very interested in finding out what are needs were. He was very attentive, knowledgeable and helpful during all aspect of our visit. The coffee on offer was very good and a welcome addition. The range of options open to us was good and felt no pressure to buy or to rush through our decision making. A really great, relaxed and successful shopping experience.

Lauren, the assistant, was very helpful. She knew all about the different type of beds, and which ones would suit us. She was polite and friendly. Highly satisfied. I noticed Lauren was working alone in the shop, i thought we had stopped "lone workers" in this country. Please provide Lauren with help, it can be so dangerous for lone workers for many reasons.

Vicky, the assistant did everything right. Space to talk and discuss our purchase, excellent knowledge, understanding our needs, no pressure sales, offered lots of options. In short ... Perfect.

We called in and waited a long time as the store was busy. We left and returned an hour later. We were greated on return with an apology for not seeing us on the first visit. Salesa girl was very informative and friendly and gave us all the time we needed. The only problem was we bought 2 bedside tables with one free on offer. We couldnt get the free one in the material we wanted. Not a major problem and didnt stop our purchases. A very positive experience.

Friendly and helpful staff but not enough staff to help all visitors. We experienced one couple who eventually walked back out after asking for assistance but no staff available.
