Excellent service by Lauren and Kyle in the Carlisle store. As soon as we walked in we were offered a drink and also asked if we needed any help. After a while I had decided on a bed frame and Lauren was super helpful and friendly. And we got 4 pillows for free with our order and a lovely discount also. Will definitely be returning!

Lauren's product knowledge was evident. She took the time to understand our needs, and suggested a variety of products. She allowed us to pick the products we felt were best suited to us from that selection. Lauren was patient with questions and indecision on my part.
