Kyle from the Carlisle shop was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the bed-choice machine. We also appreciated that he offered tea and coffee, did not rush us, was very patient when letting us try different beds. He clearly knew all of the products very well, and also how different base and mattress combinations were best. He didn't push anything too strongly but was confident in giving his preferences - which is valuable. Bed and mattress shopping is a big decision and buying in person was a very pleasant experience. We were highly pleased with the entire process.

As soon as we walked into store we were greeted straight away by helpful friendly staff. It took no time at all for us to choose and order what we wanted. The whole shopping experience was great.

Lauren was very helpful and knowledgeable about the bed we were asking about. She brought us the other colour sample very quickly. When we ordered the bed, Lauren was very thorough in getting all the info needed. When we were given a delivery date (11/6/21) we were very pleased as we didn’t expect it to be that quick. Very happy with the service and will definitely be coming back when we need a new mattress. Covid safe and everyone followed Covid guidelines

Visited Carlisle store 31/5/21. Kyle showed me a range of products that I was interested in: he demonstrated an excellent knowledge of the range of products that would suit me, I was allowed to try out the beds at my leisure. He was polite and extremely helpful and placed my order for me and I selected a convenient delivery date. I had a smashing cup of coffee while Kyle did the order. A thoroughly enjoyable shopping experience I would definitely return for future purchases and would recommend to friends and family based on my personal experience. Excellent.

We knew which mattress we wanted as we bought one last year, however we had to up-size so returned to purchase another. We needed a new reasonably priced bed frame and Kyle was very helpful in helping us choose one.

We were served by Kyle in the Carlisle Store. He was very helpful to us as we were buying our first mattress for our first house. He was very accommodating however left us some tome alone to think about it and decide. He wasn’t always hanging around us which we liked.
