The Customer Service we received form the Assistant was excellent. We visited 2 other Shops before making our purchase but no one compared. the greeting she gave us and the Service, WARM, FRIENDLY and PATIENT was second to none.

Melissa who served us in the carlisle store, was great and so helpful. She knew exactly what she was talkibg about with all of the beds, she was excellent service offered us a tea and a coffee also brilliant

Kyle was very welcoming and took time to understand our requirements. He was polite, looked after us very well and made sure we were happy with our order at every turn. He provided us with a coffee and was very professional al throughout. It was lovely to be able to walk in to the showroom and really have such wonderful service - at a time when so much has moved online, the experience was even more appreciated.

The member of staff (Lauren I think) was very friendly and made an extra effort to speak to and engage with our children, this made us feel much more relaxed and made our experience stress-free and enjoyable. The other male member of staff was equally as friendly, even though he wasn’t dealing with us- he made an effort to ask us questions and was funny while remaining totally professional. The service we received was the highest of any we have experienced in a long time

The assistant was very helpful. I was in a hurry and understood this and was as efficient as possible.

Melissa approached us when we visited the store. We were asked if we had been in the store before, as we hadn’t she talked us through the procedure and importance of choosing the correct mattress and pillows. We were then introduced to the Sleepmatch, which recommended the type of mattress and pillows we required. Melissa talked us through all the options before making our choice.
