The sales assistant was really excellent. Not pushy, very very knowledgeable and really helped point us in the right direction for the type of mattress we needed. All this and a nice cup of coffee thrown in. It was a very pleasant experience and we both wish all retail purchases could be as good as this. Bug thank you.

Kyle dealt with our needs and requirements in a very professional manner. He was like a breath of fresh air, pleasant and well mannered.

Our assistant was called Kyle. He was extremely helpful and displayed a good knowledge of your products that fitted our individual needs. You need to give him a pay rise.

Very friendly advisor at the Carlisle store. Lots of product knowledge and friendliness :) happy with the Covid regulations in your store and felt very safe was even offered a coffee whilst purchasing great experience.

I have visited a few different bed stores recently, and in previous years when purchasing a bed / mattress. Dreams is always (by far) the best customer service. I have visited the Carlisle store and the store nearest to Billingham, customer service in both stores were great. Great products to choose from and every staff member I have dealt with has been fantastic

I wanted to buy a bed and mattress and I found the choices vast and quality very good in the store. The service was exceptional from Kyle, he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products.

Lauren went out of her way to help me find the bed similar to what I’d gone to look for but is now discontinued. So she spent time with me nothing was to much trouble for her. I also made a separate tel order for a air bed later on the week she was helpful once again as didn’t have availability for 8 weeks so she suggested some thing else as I needed it that day. Excellent customer service all round . It’s very hard to come by these days : ms s m smith

Lauren in Carlisle branch was very knowledgable and asked questions to find out what I was looking for. She wasn’t pushy which made her approachable. She seemed like she genuinely wanted to get the best product for my needs and didn’t bombard me with lots of useless information- everything was well thought out and custom to me
