Melissa was very helpful and very knowledgeable in helping my partner and I find the perfect mattress and pillow. As my partner has a bag back, it was important to us to find the right mattress that would help to support him. Melissa was very friendly and always on hand to answer any questions.

Customer service was excellent and I felt valued.

Melissa who looked after us was very patient with my 80 year old Mum. She took time to find out Mum’s needs and was extremely knowledgable about the products, able to advise on what would be best.

Excellent service

Kyle at the Carlisle store the gentleman who helped us choose the mattresses was very enthusiastic but with out being too over bearing. We had originally intended to buy just one mattress for ourselves and was going to wait to buy the other two we needed for the spare rooms for another time or wait to see how we got on with the one from dreams. We were given several options after Kyle listened to our own specific requirements and gave us the time to come to our decision. The show room had a wide range of mattress to choose from but Kyle certainly made the process much easier. We felt after trying different options to buy all three mattresses at dreams as we felt we would not get the same service at any other stores.

Lauren was an amazing sales assistant and help me and my partner with every query we had. She even help us save money on our pillows and buy the better quality ones! She was amazing with my son's bed and Mattress which was really important to us. We would happily visit dreams again for any bedroom furniture we need because of her service
