Jim is knowledgeable and friendly; he treats you like family. I appreciated the email I received the previous day indicating the cleaning going on in light of Coronavirus. I left the store with everything I wanted to get in the first place.

My husband, Ron & I enjoyed shopping at Wild Birds Unlimited for a hummingbird feeder for our grandsons & a stackable bird feeder for our backyard. It is an inviting store with nicely displayed merchandise. Our informative, friendly staff member (our neighbor!) was an added bonus!

Super staff: friendly, professional, knows their stuff about the merchandise, great listeners Facility: laid out well making it very easy to move around, a variety of avian items other than just food and feeders to make for as diverse shopping trip Service: top-notch, can repair a distressed feeder on the spot, will order replacement parts if necessary and repair your WBU feeder for free
