Jim helped me decide which food to buy. I've been feeding birds for 50 years. My WBU in Roseland closed a few years ago and I haven't been happy with my bird food since then. Glad to have found you.

I am so glad WBU opened a store near my home! There used to be one in Randolph and traveling to other WBU stores wasn’t practical. Looking forward to an in store experience! We have a motor driven, squirrel proof bird feeder. Our tree guy is going to hang it for just with a pulley so it will be easy to fill. Some months ago, we lost our favorite branch for hanging bird feeders due to a winter storm. Squirrels and bears are a problem for us!

I placed my order one day and received it the next! I got a confirmation call from Jim to know the order was on its way and when it would arrive. The order came when promised and was exactly what I ordered.

Really just simple and straight forward. Pleasant experience and my birds are happy and thriving.

I called & spoke to Jim about a hummingbird feeder. Either I wasn’t clear or he misunderstood me. When I returned home I called Jim to discuss my purchase. Jim offered to exchange the feeders, which we did. I’m so pleased with the feeders & my experience with Wild Birds Unlimited & Jim!
