Extremely accessable and clean store and laid out very well. Staff I spoke to, Jim and Art were wonderful, friendly and extremely personable and knowledgeable. Store is extremely well supplied with all kinds of supplies and equipment. Will definitely go back.

Jim is friendly, seems to enjoy talking and listening about birds, is open to hearing what is wanted and fulfilling the order. He never seems rushed or impatient.

We found the staff and owners to be very friendly and knowledgeable. The owner explained various options to us especially in protecting our bird feeders from squirrels and chipmunks. We ended up purchasing a bird feeder post and bell which has worked out perfectly.
