My hummingbird feeder was missing a part. As soon as I noticed it, I took it back and Jeff was super nice and accommodating.

They had the bird seed type we wanted. In fact there were three varieties and the owner Jim explained each one.

The owners were highly personable and friendly. We were immediately welcomed into their beautiful store. They were knowledgeable, and taught us so much about hummingbirds, and other birds. We highly recommend visiting Wild Birds Unlimited!

The customer service when I called and the service of the delivery were both excellent. Even the website was very easy to use, which is not always the case with other companies.
