Customer focused - I felt that the staff was interested in ensuring that my backyard set-up would be perfect in drawing various backyard birds. Also, my concern regarding wasted seed and ground mess, was addressed (by the staff) via the no-mess seed offer. Very pleased!

Always great going into the Wild Birds Unlimited in Denville, NJ. Staff (Jim) is great and always a pleasure to talk to. The products are awesome and we love the bird "superhighway" that everything we have gotten from there has created.

The staff and owner are so knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful on topics from hummingbirds (when I visited in the summer) to helping me design and set up a large squirrel proof feeder system. Plus recommendations to help manage the local black bear visitors. I appreciated the candor and advice greatly.
