On our very first trip to the store, we finally found a pole to mount a new birdhouse. I had called on the phone to describe what I wanted and they said to come on in. We bought it and were given a 20% off coupon for our next purchase. We had planned to buy the birdhouse at the same place we’d gotten our other one....but they were out of stock. So we went back today, but I had forgotten the coupon. Marianna helped us and she’s explained the whole process of setting up the pole with a birdhouse. We picked out a birdhouse and then looked at some of the other merchandise and chose to buy a bag of bark butter bits. I asked if they’re soft enough to smear on tree bark. She reached under the counter and handed me a sample of the bark butter that’s meant to be smeared...free! And when we checked out, I mentioned I had forgotten my 20% coupon, but Marianna remembered us and gave me the discount! I thanked her SO much...but on the way home, I couldn’t find the sample she had given me, so we went back to see if I hadn’t left it there. She simply handed me another one! My goodness! If that isn’t kindness and wonderful service, I don’t know what is! We’ll be back!
