All the people who work there are not only friendly, accommodating, and very helpful, but are knowledgeable and enjoy sharing their love of birds. The store is always neat, clean and well stocked with a wide variety of anything a person or bird would need!

One of the things I came to the store for was that some of my feeders were damaged by a bear. The items were promptly fixed for me and are ready to put back up. And as usual, everyone in the store was friendly and engaging.
